ARA personnel and subcontractors are only authorized to work on products that are explicitly required by delivery orders. ARA personnel and subcontractors perform their tasks under the supervision of experienced and knowledgeable ARA Program Managers, Project Leaders, and Task Managers. They use the best production equipment and software available to support their product development and delivery efforts. Deliverable products are reviewed in their formative stages, throughout their development, and prior to delivery. When digital data is to be delivered, as is the case with electronic documents or software deliveries, every attempt is made to ensure that the delivery is virus free. Quality assurance is an integral part of our management process. Because we believe that quality assurance is such a significant element in the delivery of superior products and services, ARA has assigned Mr. Roger Dumont as the ARA NAVSEA Seaport Enhanced Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction Manager. ARA's formal evaluation and quality control procedures specify formal quality checks on plans, outlines, documents, software products, processes, and procedures.
