ARA is a small, disadvantaged, 8(A) certified, woman owned business specializing in supporting the Federal government, government contractors, and commercial customers. ARA was established in 1994 and has multiple locations in Virginia, Maryland, and New England.

ARA is a company that prides itself on building close one-on-one relationships with every customer in order to provide fast and reliable service.

1. Focus on satisfying the customer.

   Our customers are our business - a truism, but one that bears repeating. Only by being aware of the current needs of our customers and by anticipating their future needs can we build the loyalty and respect that leads to future business. When we have met customer requirements and continued on to search out ways to exceed expectations, we are well on the way to success.

2. Always strive to improve.

   As a professional services firm, we must always strive to improve our ability to perform the work entrusted to us. It is not enough to meet today's requirements - we must be prepared for the challenges of tomorrow. By making continual improvement a goal for everyone at ARA, we will build on our current strengths and be better able to take advantage of new opportunities.
